Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program (conceived and coordinated by former ADs Pete Lukich, CAA & Tom Bendt) was established to build strong connections between athletic administrators.
Purpose of the Program for Athletic Directors:
- Find a renewed sense of inspiration
- To establish your Why/Purpose through reflection
- How to create a culture of significance & excellence
- Embrace a Growth Mindset for yourself & coaching staff
- To find more time to lead, rather than manage
- Help develop improved leadership skills
- Discover an "operating system" for your school to teach character
- Embrace the new "Beyond the Scoreboard" Initiative
