Chat & Chew
The OADA & OSAA sponsored Chat & Chew Series is being suspended for the time being. In our first three sessions, we were averaging over 50 AD's. The last Thursday, we had very low numbers which indicates to us that while there is interest and some great feedback, most of us just don't have an hour every-other-week to carve out for this.
We will be incorporating as many of the remaining topics as possible into our Virtual State AD Conference and hope to try this again during more normal times, as we believe in the value of us getting together.
New AD's and mentors are highly encouraged to set weekly or at least every-other-week check-ins with each other to help us through.
Cheers to all the great work you are all doing. Your kids and coaches need your leadership.
