OADA recognizes and honors those in the State of Oregon who excel in their profession supporting student-athletes both in and out of competition.
Below are links to the individual awards that OADA and our National affiliates, NIAAA & NFHS, recognizes. You will find criteria and information necessary to nominate professionals in your building, community, league or classification along with links to previous recipients of these prestigious awards.

This award goes to the Athletic Director who has shown the ability to help guide other athletic directors, coaches, and school community members
The award goes to the Athletic Director who goes out of their way to help the OSAA on committees, at state championship contests, or just continuing a good relationship with the OSAA
This award is given to the Athletic Director who exemplifies the profession with servant leadership and a life-long commitment to serving today’s youth
This award goes to the Athletic Director who demonstrates outstanding leadership within your league
Please email Past President about any Athletic Director in your conference who will be retiring during or at the end of the current school year
Please email Past President names of Athletic Directors who have 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and beyond...years of service
