We know how important officials are, especially now that it's getting harder to find them. In light of this, we'd like to share this important video from the NFHS on how you can best welcome officials to your campus. Making sure officials have everything they need and that their experience at your school is positive is crucial.

Harry Glickman Award
The MJCC selects two winners for the Harry Glickman Award each year. Any Jewish student athlete who has lived in Oregon for the past three years and is a junior or senior in high school is eligible. Two winners are selected and recognized at our Community Celebration. This award was established in 2012, in honor of Harry Glickman (z”l), the “father” of professional sports in Oregon. He was the founder of the Portland Trail Blazers, the Trail Blazers’ President from ‘87-’94 and the founder of the Portland Buckaroos. He is also a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
Applicants are judged on academic and athletic achievement as well as their commitment to community service. Winners receive a $500 scholarship for college. Students can apply at oregonjcc.org/glickman
Congratulations to these athletic administrators who have earned their Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) level:

OADA SCHOLARSHIP GOLF TOURNAMENT
The 2024 Tournament IS FULL!
The 2024 Tournament will be held Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Lost Tracks Golf Club (15 min North of Sunriver in Bend).
Check-in begins at 11:30am. Shot-gun start at 1 pm.
