*NATIONAL AWARD WINNER!*

Tim Sam, CMAA from North Valley High School was awarded the NIAAA Bruce D. Whitehead Distinguished Service Award at the National Athletic Directors Conference in December. The Bruce D. Whitehead Distinguished Service Award is presented annually to individuals from within the NIAAA membership in recognition of their length of service, special accomplishments and contributions to interscholastic athletics at the local, state and national levels. Nominations are submitted by state athletic director associations, screened by the NIAAA Awards Committee, and selected by the NIAAA Board of Directors.

The Oregon Athletic Directors Association is proud to announce the Class of 2020 of the OADA Hall of Fame. Each honoree has made significant contributions to their schools and communities in their role as a high school Athletic Director. Due to cancellation of the 2020 State Conference they will be recognized and inducted on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the annual OADA Hall of Fame banquet at Sunriver Resort.
